Biography
Real Estate is still one the most stable and consistent investments of all time, and I am very passionate about helping families to either owning their first home or buying their investment properties. I’ve grown up in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, growing up in a beautiful family where my parents were the most hardworking, down to earth people I’ve always looked up to and they were also very passionate about real estate, got fortunate to have sufficient passive income from real estate to retire early and enjoy more travelling.
With the strong belief and conviction that real estate in the long run can change a family’s financial outcomes and create great memories for each family, It’s a very rewarding career for me to pursue. After graduating from Bachelor Degree of Business and Administration and Master Degree of Computer information system ( Anaheim, California ) , I’ve moved to Greater Los Angeles area four years ago, married, started my own little family and began my journey in Real Estate industry by starting of as an administrative staff at a well known Real Estate office in San Gabriel Valley, in a short period of time, I got trained and involved in Real Estate Transactions as one of the leading Transaction Coordinators within the team, with great trainings, educational resources, coaching, cutting edge technology and tools provided by the firm, within the two years period, I’ve handled almost 500 transactions, ranging from standard sales, probate sale, short sale, etc and gain tremendous and valuable experiences to serve my clients with their real estate need.
I’ve gained insights, understanding transaction components and experiences through my works in Real estate industry with my association with all of the great real estate professionals within our Team. Plus, all real estate professionals in our team got trained directly from one of the best brokers, Rudy L Kusuma, with outstanding achievements and brilliant insights of future trends and leading us to be competent, professional and knowledgeable about the market place and offer our clients with second mile services.
