Biography

Amanda Rudman was an elementary teacher for 10 years working with socio-economically disadvantaged children. Through those years, it was not uncommon to have children in her classroom that were homeless, their family moving from motel to motel or living in another family’s garage. Partnering with the families in educating their children, Amanda learned how critical it was for families to have the safety and security of a home, to have a stable environment, thus providing the child with the opportunity to do their best learning.

It was these experiences that drove Amanda to her love and passion for Real Estate, but more importantly her love of helping people achieve the safety and security of having a home.  She knows that buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest decisions made in one’s life and can be overwhelming. This is why she is dedicated to helping and educating homeowners, or soon-to-be homeowners, on their journey through their real estate process, with diligence, fortitude, patience, and consistent communication to ensure a smooth experience for them.  She is committed to second-mile service of not only meeting expectations but exceeding them.

In addition to being a full-service Real Estate Professional, Amanda is a proud mother of 3 amazing children and her Boxer dog. She is a product of the Long Beach Unified School District, CSULB Alumni, and resident of Long Beach for over 20 years.  In addition to serving her neighbors locally in Long Beach she also serves some of the surrounding cities in both Los Angeles and Orange county.

Amanda is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR). As a member, she adheres to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice that were adopted by the NAR over 100 years ago.

Helping people find a place to call home is one passion for Amanda. Giving service to others is another motivator in her life. When she discovered Fisher Houses of Southern California, she knew it was the perfect match!  Amanda believes strongly in giving back to those who have given service to our Country. Fisher House also understands the importance, safety and security of having a home, so they provide a home away from home for Veterans and their family when one of their loved ones is receiving medical treatment at the nearby VA hospital. The family doesn’t have the stress of hotel expenses, and their loved one can heal faster knowing their family is nearby and can visit.  Having two of her passions in life coming together for this great cause is why Amanda feels so strongly about donating a portion of her income every time she sells a home.  Every sale allows her to pay it forward and give to Fisher Houses of Southern California, thus helping Veterans and their family.
