Biography
Being a psychological counselor, She has an inherent nature to help people. Dimple studied for a Masters in Clinical Psychology and worked for seven years in Mumbai, India. And when She moved here in California, ended up getting a job as a Loan processor so She developed an interest in the mortgage industry.
And then She got her Cal BRE & NMLS license in 2016. She worked as an independent Loan officer with a brokerage firm (Platinum Investment Partner from 2014 to MAy 2017) and Direct Lender GMCC-General Mortgage Capital Corporation in Cupertino from June 2017 to February 2022. She was able to help so many Buyers/borrowers for their Purchase loans and refinances. She was honored to get good feedback and reviews from her Clients during all these years. ( You can see in the review section) And now She has joined Here Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, Santa Clara to help high tech people in Silicon Valley to have their own Home in California.
My hobbies are Gardening, travelling, Photography, and interior decoration of the house.
I have been living in san Jose since 12 years with my Husband and two Kids. And I am very much familiar with the area of San Jose as my Kids studied in elementary school, middle school and now they are in high school so thoroughly knows school districts too. We’ve been working with Dimple for a little over a year through our initial refinancing and 8 months later we did another. She is truly a professional and absolute pleasure to work with. There is no question or detail too small or insignificant to be covered during conversation. Once we kicked off the loan process, she was very proactive. She was top of every step and proactively letting us know at each step what is expected. Example HOA insurance and co-ordination was handled completely handled by her and she helped set up timing with all parties e.g. appraiser appointment. During the process every time we had a question she was always available to answer them.

As a first time home buyer, we found Dimple through Zillow and
she’s been responsive and proactive in showing us houses. She has high energy, is friendly and works hard, making the process much smoother than we’d expected.
