Biography

John spent 25 years owning and running a successful entertainment company throughout Southern California, coordinating and producing high end celebrity parties along with special life events for families and businesses. In 2000, he began real estate investing, helping people who were in distress that were needing to sell their property and remove the burden that was adding stress to their life. He was featured in TIME magazine during the height of the Real Estate Bubble.

Through his entertainment company and Real Estate Investing, John quickly realized that being of service to his clients is what he enjoyed most; whether it was making their wedding, holiday party or bar mitzvah the most memorable event in their life, or seeing the relief and happiness on his client’s face after selling their home and preventing them from foreclosure. John knows and loves providing meaningful solutions for anyone he meets, helping them elevate their lives, so it was a natural fit that he become a REALTOR® where he helps people and their families find the home of their dreams and achieve their heart’s desire.

Living in beautiful Long Beach, CA with his wife, they have 2 college-aged children.  He loves reading, sitting on the couch watching Netflix or Amazon Prime with his family, cooking in the kitchen, grilling in his backyard, going on camping trips, trying out a new Scotch or Whiskey, or enjoying a nice bottle of wine. John is always learning and striving to be better than the day before. He obtained his Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) certification as well as his Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Pricing Strategist Advisor (PSA) certification so that he can better serve his clients.

John grew up as a Navy brat. His dad served as a Navy dentist and ended his career as the head Periodontist for the Navy at Bethesda Naval Hospital.  John remembers as a young boy visiting him at the hospital where he worked or going over to Walter Reed Army Medical Center and seeing wounded and recovering soldiers and sailors, and the impact it had on him; something he’ll never forget. When he learned about the Fisher House story and found they had built a “Home” in his own backyard, in Long Beach, he was excited to know he had a real chance to give back to his military family that had always been there for him.  John takes pride in supporting, in a meaningful way, the good work these people do all across the country, at every Fisher House. John and his team rally around their annual goal of raising money and donating portions of their income to help FHSC in their quest to provide shelter and calm to families and their veterans when all around them can be chaos. John and his team are committed to providing outstanding results for buyers and sellers referred to them by past clients.
