Kimberly Victoriano

Kimberly is a born and raised Southern California resident who has lived in Orange County, San Diego county, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County and is currently living in Riverside County. She is bilingual with a Spanish background and is a world traveler! She has a heart for others and is enthusiastic to help others find a home with the best financial services and investment insight through partnerships! Prior to joining Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty she worked for half a decade at a Nonprofit named Communities Advocating for Resident Empowerment (C.A.R.E.) as a Resource Services Coordinator and Program Coordinator specializing in the Affordable Housing sector in multiple Low income to Affordable Housing apartment complexes. Her previous work experience at the nonprofit has taught her about building relationships with not only residents but other nonprofits, companies, agencies throughout California and the nation. All this to give her communities the best resources and guidance.

Through the partnerships with the C.A.R.E. nonprofit she was able to help distribute over $250,000 of donations to her communities, thanks to the company Amazon and other nonprofits such as Music Changing lives. In addition … She helped families obtain: grants, giveaways, and utility assistance payments with the Riverside County agencies. As a Program Coordinator Kimberly was able to provide Adult Educational programs such as: Budgeting classes, How to Buy a House workshops, Financial literacy classes, Community Resource classes and much more! As a Program Coordinator she also ran the after school programs and collaborated with the Hemet Unified School District (since 2018 and counting) to bring the Free Summer Lunch program straight to the apartment complexes so the kids ages 0-18 years old can get free meals monday-friday during the Summer.

With a philanthropic heart, she also previously volunteered at the Red Cross as Volunteer Engagement Lead, while in college and was a Peer Advisor at the Chino High School. She also loves going on Missions trips to give to other residents outside the country who are in need!
