Biography

Busy, busy, busy describes Lorilynn Failor. Lorilynn has always felt better doing multiple jobs while most people get exhausted after one. Lorilynn excelled at marketing and advertising after earning her BBA of Marketing, then joined major companies such as Viacom, Comcast, Charter Communications (Spectrum) and Time Warner Media in Nashville and Los Angeles. She was a top account executive for local companies helping them understand the nuances of television advertising to propel their dreams into successful campaigns that helped grow their businesses.

Her early adoption and understanding of digital platforms and social media were driving forces for her clients to choose Lorilynn as their media partner. Lorilynn has now taken that knowledge and utilized those same passions into the Los Angeles Real Estate market. Having learned the in’s and out’s of building a home from DB Construction, investing in property management and helping design and build her own homes (physically), she wanted others to know how exciting it is to own a home therefore, she uses all her energy and drive to find the right property, at the right place, for the right deal, for her customers.

In what spare time Lorilynn has, she supports, both physically and monetarily, Habitat for Humanity Greater LA, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Heifer International. She also works with the homeless in several capacities throughout LA via her church. Hobbies include Rock Climbing, Volleyball, Cycling, Hiking, Swimming, Poker Dealing (yes playing) and traveling….
