Biography

Mina’s grandparents invested in Real Estate in the early 70’s and always owned their own businesses. She witnessed them living comfortably for more than 20 years after retirement with multifamily passive income. They eventually blessed their 4 sons with a nice size estate. Her grandparents’ entrepreneurial spirit led them to open their own elderly care facility and Terrazzo & Tile flooring company in Northern California. Mina promised her grandmother, before her transition, that she would get her Real Estate license and continue to build wealth in their family while serving the community.

Mina understands the human impact of making your Real Estate dreams come true. She can handle complex service needs while maintaining a calm optimistic demeanor. She is a skilled problem solver who isn’t afraid to make the tough call when needed. She understands your busy lifestyle and handles your Real Estate needs with courtesy and grace. She is a direct and down to earth communicator who effectively encourages open dialogue when needed.

Mina has also directed educational services for disabled children and their families in the county of Los Angeles. She has been responsible for over 2000 students attending up to 33 school sites, in both public and nonpublic school settings. She has supervised and empowered teachers, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Adaptive Physical Education Teachers. In this role, Mina managed department budgets ranging from $8 MM to $30 MM. She negotiated contracts with service providers and managed both classified and certificated staff. Her colleagues describe her as an approachable, humble leader with a calm demeanor that works well in negotiations. This is her 5th year as Sales Partner in Real Estate where she transfers the high quality service and compassion she has demonstrated for two decades.
In 2014, Mina became a certified foster/adopt parent and worked closely with Extraordinary Families and the Department of Children & Family Services to care for children in need. In 2018, she formally adopted a toddler in her care and expanded her family. Her son is now a dynamic 8-year-old who loves Art, Muay Thai and slime.
As a foster/adopt parent and former public school administrator, Mina has proven to be a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator and excellent service provider. She believes in building communities of support that share knowledge and resources.
Mina is a foodie who loves wine, ice cream, tacos, interior design, DIY home projects, and playing in local parks/beaches with her family. With her calm, confident, humble manner, Mina is your trusted Sales Partner.
