My Real Estate Career began four years ago in 2018 when the opportunity to combine my passions for finance and people was presented to me via Real Estate. I enjoy working with people who are looking for guidance and assistance with their Real Estate goals as I once found myself needing the assistance and couldn’t find someone I could trust.
Prior to working with Your Home Sold Guaranteed, I worked at a Private Equity Firm that builds Luxury Multi-Family apartments and Senior Living Communities. I had the privilege of attending private investor meetings where we discussed the importance of Asset Protection, Tax Advantages for Real Estate Investors, Property Management advantages, and overall Economic Market Analysis. During this time, I worked alongside David Medina’s Team where I assisted with Fix and Flip Properties as well as trained new oncoming agents to the office.
My clients range from the First Time home buyer, the experienced sellers/buyers, investors looking for distressed properties for a fix and flip, as well as the investors looking to purchase multi-family buildings for long term rentals. I have assisted my sellers with upgrading their current home by finding rental tenants that allows them to upgrade and add to their Real Estate Portfolio. I have two years of experience as an on-site property manager for a brand new luxury building that serves as great insight when working with investors looking for long-term investments.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the California State University of Northridge where I acquired the knowledge and study of societal groups. I have lived in Northridge for the last 14 years which makes me very familiar with the San Fernando Valley Community. I was born and raised in Los Angeles but I have assisted clients all over Southern California.
After graduating from the University, I worked with at-risk youth and later at JOBE Transitional Living Program assisting young adults attending college. This housing program provides long term housing for former foster youth and homeless youth that aspire for a career and are enrolled in higher education. I assisted with the formation of the Women’s Division during my time as well as ran Golf tournament Fundraisers. During my downtime, I enjoy going back to the house to serve as a mentor for the current youth.
I spent six years in the networking marketing industry where I worked as a direct sales person that taught me a variety of negotiation skills as well as introduced me into the world of personal development. I have attended various seminars and have been mentored by amazing people like: Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Ed Mylet, Eric Thomas, Gary Vaynerchuk, Grant Cardone, Robert Kiyosaki, Eric Worre and more.
In my downtime I also enjoy volunteering as the Co-Chapter Advisor for the Theta Chapter of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Incorporated. We are a professional multi-cultural non-profit organization that assists young women thrive in developing leadership skills. We volunteer annually by doing community service, host academic workshops and create an annual Latina Youth Leadership Conference for middle school and high school girls.
My overall life and career experience is what allows me to propel my clients to their goals. I carry my clients best interest at hand with providing great customer service which has turned into long term trust and they have blessed me with referrals. Looking forward to assisting my next family!
