From her extensive knowledge and experience in the many years of sales & marketing; Michelle knows any area & market very well. Michelle started as a staff member in Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. She worked her way up to become the Top Producer in the team. Michelle recognizes the value of clients’ relationships & trust. Most of her clients would refer to her family, friends, neighbors and sometimes to strangers to work with her. All of her clients are satisfied in her service. From buyers who couldn’t get their offer accepted when working with another agent prior to meeting Michelle & to sellers who couldn’t get an offer on their home; Michelle was able to win all the homes the buyers put an offer on and receive multiple offers on her sellers clients way above their price expectations. Michelle’s clients value her integrity, honesty & communication through the transactions.

We were looking for a new home and it was a no brainer to use Rudy and his team. We had an awesome experience the first time so we didn’t have to think twice. We finally got our new home. It was a long road and had it not been for Michelle Leonardi. we would have never found the home we love.
Michelle showed us 85+ homes before we got the home we love. At no point did we feel Michelle pressurizing us to buy a home. I will be the first to admit that I am a very needy client asking many questions so that I am in the know before I take a decision. Frankly, I never really go into so much depth but since this is a house decision with so much money involved I wanted to be sure before I do anything. Michelle patiently answered all of my questions as well as tried her best to get back on things not in her field.
She always made us feel like ease when we went seeing houses. She was able to get us into the houses at times convenient for us, was always prompt in replying to emails, texts and calls. Even when it looked like chances were slim we would get our new house, we never got the impression from Michelle that she was not interested in helping out. She always went out of her way.
We were in a tricky situation with escrow. Michelle could have very well just let it be and could have just got her commission. Yet, she did the right thing of advising us correctly. Suppliers always say how they put the client first but in my opinion actions speak louder than words. Here Michelle put us first going to show that she truly cares and puts the client first. The fact that we came first before her commission just shows her work ethic.
When there are so many agents around and they all are hungry for business and have the same pitch, you want someone who is different. Due to her work style, Michelle built trust and likeability. In my field, I come across many clients who have told me that when all things are the same what differentiates you and a lot of times I have heard it boils down to trust and likeability. If you don’t have either it’s not worth the risk of working with an agent regardless what else they offer as you are putting in so much money for a house. Michelle helped built trust and likeability and that was the reason we continued to work with her.
We are now in the process of selling our home and needless to say we will be using Michelle. We are fully confident that Michelle will see this one thru.
