WHO ARE YOUR CORE RELATIONSHIPS?

WHO ARE YOUR CORE RELATIONSHIPS?

Having a sense of belonging to others positively impacts our lives in many ways. On the contrary, when we struggle to get along with others it causes us stress and heartache. This assessment tool has been designed so you enjoy the people who matter the most to you more. After reviewing the definitions below, follow the instructions to lead a more purposeful and satisfying life.

Core is where our hearts and minds join together. It’s our reality and truth, not what we wish it was or what others think it should be. This is our core.

Core relationships are who we belong to. They are the people most important to us. They are worth being intentional with, who we go to when we need support, and whom we are willing to help when they need us.

Who are your core people? Draw two hearts and write the most important people’s names in the inner heart. In the second layer, write the names of people who are important to you, but one layer removed from your core.

Becoming aware of these different layers may lead to creating a more purposeful and satisfying life. Who will you be intentional with?
