Alvin was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, as a first-generation Asian American Alvin grew up watching both his parents work long hard hours in blue-collar jobs to provide for his family. Alvin was inspired to pursue a career that would make his parents proud.
When Alvin was accepted into Cal Poly Pomona, he enrolled as a Mechanical Engineering major. However, he was not passionate about it; rather, he found interests in investing and business and wanted to put his focus on helping others. Realizing his newfound passion, Alvin switched over to Business Administration emphasizing in Marketing Management to sharpen his understanding of the business world.
It was around this time that he got introduced to real estate, where he could put his attention towards helping more people, whether it be miscellaneous tasks or helping people find their dream home.
