Biography
With a career dedicated to the real estate industry, I’ve had the privilege of assisting hundreds of individuals in finding their dream homes. The satisfaction of knowing that I’ve played a role in helping someone embark on their next chapter is what drives my passion for this profession. My journey in real estate began at the age of nineteen, and over the years, I’ve accumulated diverse experiences ranging from real estate appraisal, serving as a general contracting license educator in four states, NIBI-certified home inspector, to owning a wood finishing company specializing in house materials. Additionally, I’ve worked as a negotiator for a government project, handling easements and eminent domain cases.
In essence, my expertise spans from the foundational aspects of real estate, such as footers, to the intricacies of finance. If you’re unfamiliar with certain terms like “footer,” I’m here to provide clarity in our discussions. Problem-solving is a skill I cherish, whether it’s identifying the perfect property for a buyer or determining the value of a property for a seller.
