The beginning was tough for Zdenek as he could only earn $15000 and spent most of his savings. He did everything but was not successful. His family was in Europe and he knew that he could not go back empty-handed. He tried door knocking and received negative responses. He tried to understand where he went wrong. He understood that there might be a better way to do business. He did not have any friends or clients. He was personally, emotionally, and financially struggling. “I thought it was too good to be true. However, after listening to the motivating stories of other agents, I joined in November 2019. He received his first paycheck from the company of $6000 in 2020. It went up to $80000 by the end of 2020. In 2021, I doubled what I had earned in 2020. I had also established an LLC, got myself an intern, marketing tool, and wrap-up car. I have also hired 2nd Outside Sales Agent to join my team. I am also growing as a leader and helping other agents who are struggling or want more clients to grow” said Zdenek Tronicek.
“My first year in real estate (2019) was tough, I made only $15,000 and spent most of my savings. In my brokerage I was told to cold call, door knock and farm the neighborhood. And I was doing that. I choose to put everything on one card – to make it in real estate. There was no option B. All my family is back in Europe and I knew one thing, I can’t go back. I have to make it. So I started door knocking. But every time I was told NO when calling or door knocking I was questioning myself why I was doing this and started looking for answers. I knew there must be a better way to do this business. I had no clients nor any friends who were selling or buying, and had no sphere of influence interested in real estate. At first it all seemed to be too good to be true. But I heard other people share their stories on how it changed their lives so I joined YHSGR in November 2019 after a year of personal, financial and emotional struggle in real estate. At the beginning of 2020, at the start of pandemic it was then when I got my first paycheck of $6,000 in the company. I made a whopping $80,000 in that year in 2020. In 2021, I almost doubled my 2020 year. But not just that. I established an LLC, hired my first admin, got a great marketing tool which is a moving billboard – my wrap up car, most recently I hired 2nd Outside Sales Agent to join my Team and most importantly I grew as a LEADER.
My main reason for sharing all of this is not to show how much money I made. It’s actually to share that YHSGR is the Best Place to work! The system we have here is helping us grow our business, help more clients, but also as a Team Leader I can help other agents who are struggling or agents who are doing well but want more and grow their business to the next level.
